IKO System is offering a unique internship experience to be part of a dynamic and fun customer success team. This is an awesome opportunity to be part of an international start-up, where creativity, a self-starter attitude and multicultural experiences are valued.
You will contribute actively in advancing the different projects of the customer success programme roadmap:
- Participation in the progress of the support process, tools and FAQ
- Support across the client subscription life-cycle : on-boarding, cruising, sailing
- Client monitoring
- Client survey participation and analysis
- CSM tool benchmarking
Main required skills:
- Client centric
- Good organisation
- Excellent communication
- Team player
- Bilingual : French and English (written and oral)
- Technical “savoir-faire” (tool set up, configuration, customisation, wordpress, html,…
Good to Know:
- Minimum 6 months contract
- Start date – the sooner the better!
- Location: Paris 75002 (Métro Sentier, Grands Boulevards, Bonne Nouvelle)
